The ULM-2 underwater sensor is a multi-purpose single beam echo sounder. It can be used for depth measurement of underwater vehicles, underwater robots, obstacle avoidance sonar and other underwater distance measurement applications.
The sensor uses a high frequency 200kHz transducer to provide a beam width of about 13° for ROV and AUV altimeter and water depth measurement applications. It has a measurement range of up to 60 meters.
