Liquid Ultrasonic Level Sensor ULM-1

Ultrasonic can penetrate most materials of the container wall with  its  good  penetrability.  It  is  convenient  to  use  when installing the sensor on the bottom or outer wall  of the container to measure the internal liquid level height and distance without destroying  the  morphology  of the  container.  It  is  an  perfect solution  for  the  measurement  of  flammable,   explosive  and corrosive liquids which are not suitable for drilling hole. In the process of measurement, the liquid level meter sends out ultrasonic wave through the transducer  at the  front  end.  The ultrasonic wave passes through the wall of the container and propagates in the measured liquid, it will be reflected when the sound wave meets the liquid level or the wall of the container. The transducer receives the reflected sound wave and converts it into the corresponding electrical signal and the propagation time  of the  sound  wave  in  the  liquid  can  be  obtained  after processing,  then  the  liquid  level  or  distance  value  can  be calculated when the sound speed is known.

This  product  can  also  be  directly  put  into  the  liquid   (non corrosive) to measure the liquid level or distance. It is widely used in depth measurement, underwater robot anti-collision and other fields.
